The Replacements
So a key player in your squad is crook or has been called up for Origin and likely to be out for several rounds?
Not to worry, in this section we will highlight likely replacements – who will be taking their place?!
This section can be key to maintaining a fully fit team in the comp – The last thing you need is your only kicker stuck on the bench earning you donuts or 4 players out playing Rep footy!
Unfortunately The Replacements isn’t an exact science – coaches can do funny things and are often happy to keep us an all guessing as to who is coming in. If that happens we will give you all the likely outcomes of who will be wearing the shirt, but, in the unlikely scenario that we don’t predict correctly…. Who am I kidding, this won’t happen!
Example;
Cooper Cronk, as per the Injury Ward has had off season shoulder surgery – Had a niggling shoulder complaint all through 2012-13 and only aggravated it further during the World Cup – Bellamy is on record saying ‘Ben (Hampton) would probably be in front…. He played a couple of first grade games last year.’
